These order and delivery terms apply to Ritva Falla Oy's FALLA FINLAND online store at www.fallafinland.fi and www.fallafinland.com . When ordering products from Ritva Falla Oy's FALLA FINLAND online store, the user commits to these conditions in their entirety and at the same time explicitly accepts the use of their personal data and cookies in accordance with Ritva Falla Oy's privacy and cookie policy.

Online shopping

You can make purchases in the online store if you are over 18 years old.

After placing the order and accepting the order and delivery conditions, you will receive a binding order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided with the order.

The subscriber is responsible for the use of his own account and password and for their careful storage. The subscriber undertakes to provide the correct information in connection with the order. Ordering from the online store requires providing an email address.

The content of the online store, including drawings, images, sounds, films, graphics and text, is the property of Ritva Falla Oy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The user does not have the right to download, modify, transfer, transmit, copy or sell the content of the online store or part of it without the prior written permission of Ritva Falla Oy.

The terms of use of Ritva Falla Oy's website also apply to the online store.

Prices, costs and taxes

The price of the product is the price that is displayed for the product at the time of ordering in the online store. The price includes VAT. The delivery costs are described in the section "Delivery and payment methods". Ritva Falla Oy reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs, however, so that any price and delivery cost changes only apply to orders placed after the changes come into force.

Payment methods

You can pay for your purchase using the methods specified in the online store. As a payment service provider, we use Klarna Ab, Paytrail Oyj and Shopify Payments.

Paytrail (payment service provider in Finland and in the EU)

Paytrail Oyj (FI21228397) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. Delivery time and method as well as delivery costs in the EU

We process incoming orders within two (2) business days. Shipping costs for products purchased from the online store include postage and packaging costs. We deliver orders in the EU region to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain (excl. Canary Islands) and Sweden.

For Sweden and Denmark with Post Pickup Parcel, delivery to the post office pick-up point of your choice €10 delivery time 2 – 5 business days OR UPS Express Saver to home address or UPS pick-up point €20 delivery time 1 - 2 working days.

Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Spain (excl. Canary Islands) Post Parcel Connect to the point of your choice €10 delivery time 2 – 8 business days OR UPS Express Saver to home address or UPS pick-up point €20. Saver delivery time 1 - 2 working days.

If the product does not arrive within a reasonable time frame and FALLA FINLAND customer service has not contacted the customer, please contact our customer service at info@fallafinland.com or 050 326 0336.

Ritva Falla Oy reserves the right to refuse the order if necessary. In such a case, the payment will be returned to the customer within 14 days.

 

Delivery time and method as well as delivery costs in Finland

We process incoming orders within two (2) business days. Shipping costs for products purchased from the online store include postage and packaging costs. The ordered products are delivered to Finland as a postal package or you can pick them up at FALLA FINLAND Shop Korkeavuorenkatu 2, 00140 Helsinki. Delivery costs: delivery to the nearest post office €6, delivery to home address €10, collection from FALLA Finland Shop €0.

With the Postipaketti delivery method, the package is delivered to the nearest post office, where the package can be picked up. If the customer provides their mobile phone number when ordering, the customer will also receive a mail arrival notification as a text message. Posti keeps the package in the post office for seven (7) days, after which the package is returned to Ritva Falla Oy. With the Kotipaketti delivery method, the package is delivered to the address given during the order. For this, the customer must provide his phone number so that Posti can agree a delivery time separately with the customer.

Ritva Falla Oy reserves the right to refuse the order if necessary. In such a case, the payment will be returned to the customer within 14 days.

Order cancellation and product returns

The customer has the right to cancel the order if the order has not yet been delivered. If the customer wants to cancel their order, they must contact FALLA FINLAND customer service via email info@fallafinland.com. The e-mail must state the customer’s name, address, and order number. We will refund the payment of the canceled order within 14 days.

The customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it, when the following conditions are met:

The product has been returned according to the return instructions within 14 days of delivery;

The product is unused and in the same condition as it was when delivered, and all product labels are in place and the product is packed in the original product packaging.

The product must be returned as soon as possible after receiving the product. The customer must fill out the return form that came with the order, pack the product and the completed return form carefully in the original shipping packaging.

In the EU returns, the customer must contact our customer service info@fallafinland.com to receive detailed return instructions. All EU-returns will be charged a return fee of €10, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. The refund is made immediately after the returned product has arrived and its condition has been checked, however no later than 14 days after the product's arrival. Any damages that may have occurred to the product during the return delivery, are the responsibility of the returner. If an unclaimed package is returned, we will refund the value of the returned products, but we will charge €15 handling costs for the unclaimed package, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

In Finland return shipping is free when you mark the customer return code 641871 on the package in addition to the return address. If the FALLA FINLAND product(s) are returned by another means, the sender is responsible for the return costs and they will not be refunded. Within 14 days, leave the return package at any Post office for transport and make sure you get a return receipt. The refund is made immediately after the returned product has arrived and its condition has been checked, however no later than 14 days after the product's arrival. Any damages that may have occurred to the product during the return delivery, are the responsibility of the returner. A processing fee of €4.50 will be charged for all returns, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This also applies to returns to the store. If an unclaimed package is returned, we will refund the value of the returned products, but we will charge €10 handling costs for the unclaimed package, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

If the product is defective or damaged during shipment, the customer must notify FALLA FINLAND customer service as soon as the defect is noticed. We will try to replace the defective product with a new one, but if this is not possible, we will refund the amount paid to the customer, including the price of the product and shipping costs. Refunds are made after the fault has been verified and the defective product has been returned, however, no later than 14 days after the product's arrival.

The customer is recommended to contact FALLA FINLAND customer service if they wish to receive more detailed instructions on the matter.

Data protection

Ritva Falla Oy respects our customers’ privacy. The subscriber's personal and other information obtained through the FALLA FINLAND online store are only used within Ritva Falla Oy, except in cases where a third party performs certain tasks such as payment processing, sending products and processing orders. Even in these cases, Ritva Falla Oy gives the third party only the information that is necessary for the performance of the task.

Ritva Falla Oy does not sell, share or rent information to third parties. Ritva Falla Oy does not forward the customer's personal or other information to a third party for any purpose other than in connection with the processing of the order. However, Ritva Falla Oy reserves the right to forward the subscriber's personal and other information to the authorities in case of possible violations of the law.

The customer's name, contact information and other personal information are stored in the customer register of Ritva Falla Oy's FALLA FINLAND online store. You can find more detailed information on the use of data in the customer register in the data protection statement.

Within the limits set by law, the customer has the right to check what information Ritva Falla Oy has collected about them; demand the correction or deletion of incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated personal data and prohibit Ritva Falla Oy from processing their personal data for direct marketing and market and opinion surveys.

Changing Terms

Ritva Falla Oy reserves the right to change the FALLA FINLAND online store, its practices and order and delivery conditions at any time. If the conditions are changed, Ritva Falla Oy will announce the change on the online store page. The amended terms and conditions apply to orders placed after the change has been announced on the online store page.

Limitations of liability

Unless otherwise determined by the applicable mandatory legislation, Ritva Falla Oy is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense, unless it is caused by Ritva Falla Oy's intentional or grossly negligent actions or negligence. Ritva Falla Oy's error liability is limited to the error liability according to mandatory legislation, and Ritva Falla Oy does not give any guarantees or insurances that exceed this.

Force majeure

Ritva Falla Oy is not responsible for delays or damages resulting from an obstacle beyond its control, which it could not have reasonably foreseen or the consequences of which it cannot avoid. Such an overwhelming obstacle (force majeure) is considered e.g. fires, industrial action, wars, natural disasters, interventions by authorities, disruptions in transport, subcontractors, equipment, software, browser or network connection.

Applicable law and possible disputes

All disputes arising from these general terms and conditions or from the online store and the purchases made there are resolved as a rule by agreeing to the discussions held with Ritva Falla Oy's customer service and finally in accordance with the binding legal regulations regarding the place of jurisdiction in Finland, in the district court of Helsinki. These terms and conditions have been drawn up in compliance with Finnish law.
