You can either resell your own used Falla Finland® and Ritva Falla® items really easily and quickly by selling them back to us, or buy checked second hand items from a curated and wonderful Falla Finland® Second Hand collection

Send your used Falla Finland® and Ritva Falla® items back, we will check them and quickly pay you with a gift card to Falla Finland®.

We will pay you 80% or 60% of the estimated resale price for each approved item as a gift card. All you have to do is to pack and ship your items and we handle all the rest. You will receive a Falla Finland® gift card quickly and what’s best, you don’t have to wait for the clothes to be sold.

Our resale partner is Ninyes, which is the first and only marketplace for used, responsibly manufactured clothing in Northern Europe. At Ninyes you will find the best, curated selection of Falla Finland® Second Hand items. You can resell items from other responsible brands at the same time as Falla Finland® items. Check which brands you can resell from Ninyes’ brand list.

For each item that is eligible for resale, we will pay you a compensation calculated from the estimated resale price.

The compensation is as follows:

• resale price of €10–80 → we pay you 60%

• resale price of over €80 → we pay you 80% on the value above €80

The compensation is paid as a gift card, which you will receive within two weeks of sending your items. A handling fee of €2.80 per item and any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the gift card amount.

The gift card is valid six (6) months from the date of issue, and is valid both in our online shop and our own shop at Korkeavuorenkatu 2, Helsinki.

In order to have all Falla Finland® items to be used as long as possible and to make reselling them as easy, as safe and as beneficial as possible for you. The greater the use of an item, the lower its overall impact on nature. By reselling, we can greatly reduce the carbon footprint of our clothes.

Thank you for reselling

1. Fill in the resale form.
2. Pack your items carefully in a cardboard box, parcel or mailing bag. Include a note titled “Ninyes Resale Shipment” with your name, phone number and email address.
3. Send your package or bring it to a return point.

From Finland

You can use either PostNord or Matkahuolto.

PostNord
After filling the resale form you will receive a link to create the shipment in the portal and you’ll receive shipment code. Write the code on your package and take it to a PostNord service point.

Matkahuolto
Write the return code 9545051 on the package, along with the recipient details: Ninyes Oy, Dosentintie 7D, 00330 Helsinki
