We hope you are happy with the products you ordered. However, should you wish to return or change the product, you can do so within 14 days from the day you received it. The right of return only applies to unused products in their original packaging, with the product labels in place. We will refund the value of your returned products according to your payment method as soon as possible, after we have received and processed your return. All returns will be charged a return fee of €10, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another one, you must place a new order for the product and return the product you received following the return instructions. This also applies to exchanging the same product for another size or color.

Pack the product(s) to be returned carefully in the original shipping packaging and attach the completed return form sent with the order to the return. Fill in the return form with your own contact information, information about the product to be returned, and preferably the reason for the return.

After that, contact our customer service info@fallafinland.com and you will receive detailed return instructions.

Please note that not picking up the order from the pick-up point is not a product return. Please make sure that the package is picked up on time. When an undelivered package is returned, we refund the value of the returned products, but we charge €15 return costs for the undelivered package, which are deducted from the amount to be returned.

Please also note that we do not refund products that are returned later than 14 days after delivery, or the returned products are not eligible for sale.
