We hope you are happy with the products you ordered. However, should you wish to return or change the product or cancel the order, you can do so within 14 days from the day you received it. The right of return and cancellation only applies to products in their original packaging and unused, with the product labels in place. We will refund the value of your returned products according to your payment method as soon as possible after we have received and processed your return. For all returns, we charge a processing fee of €4.50 in connection with the refund (the processing fee is per order). Changing the same product to another size is free of charge. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another one, you must place a new order for the product and return the product you received following the return instructions.

EXCHANGE TO ANOTHER SIZE

If the product you bought was not the right size and you want to exchange it for another size, contact our customer service via email info@fallafinland.com or phone 050 326 0336 (mon-fri 12-17) and we will confirm the availability of the product and size you want and reserve it for you. After that, fill in your contact information, the information of the product to be exchanged and the size you want to exchange it to on the return form that came with the order, pack the product you received and the return form carefully in the original shipping packaging. The return is free when you mark the customer return code 641871 on the package in addition to the return address. Within 14 days, leave the return package at any Post office for transport and make sure you get a return receipt. We will deliver a new product as soon as we have received your shipment.

RETURNING THE ORDERED ITEM

If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is unused and all product tags are in place and the product is packed in the original product packaging.

Pack the product(s) to be returned well in the original shipping packaging and attach the completed return form sent with the order to the return. Fill in the return form with your own contact information, information about the product to be returned, and preferably the reason for the return.

Return shipping is free when you mark the customer return code 641871 on the package in addition to the return address. If the FALLA FINLAND product(s) are returned by another means, the sender is responsible for the return costs and they will not be refunded.

Within 14 days, leave the return package at any Post office for transport and make sure you get a return receipt. We will refund the value of your returned products as soon as possible after we have received and processed your return. A processing fee of €4.50 will be charged for all returns, which will be deducted from the refunded amount (the processing fee is per order). This also applies to returns to the store.

Please make sure that the package is picked up on time. When an undelivered package is returned, we will refund the value of the returned products, but we will charge €10 handling costs for the unclaimed package, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Please also note that we do not refund products that are returned later than 14 days after delivery, or the returned products are not eligible for sale.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, you can submit a cancallation form using this link. The form can also be found on our website under Cancellation form. You will receive confirmation of receipt of the cancallation by email.

If the order has already been processed to the stage where the shipment can no longer be stopped, you will receive a confirmation email. In this case, you can leave the package uncollected or return the products you have received according to our return instructions. The order will be refunded once the return has been processed.
