ORDERING AND PAYING IN FINLAND

 

 

Shopping in our online store is easy. Browse through the styles, select the ones you like and add them to your shopping cart. Your shopping cart shows all the styles you have selected and allows you to still edit your order. After your selection is complete, please press the payment button to pay for your purchases. You can still edit your purchases at the payment phase.

You can pay for your purchases with Finnish banks' online payment and with most common credit cards. The payment service providers are Klarna Ab and Paytrail Oyj. For questions related to payment, please contact the customer service of your chosen payment service provider:

You can also pay for your purchases with the Shopify Payments service. The Shopify Payments provides easy and secure payment to customers in Europe. Shopify Payments terms and conditions are publicly available here

During the order phase, you can choose the delivery method of your order and the amount will be added to your order at checkout:

  1. We deliver orders over 200 free of charge to the post office pick-up point of your choice.
  2. Delivery to the post office collection point of your choice 6 if the value of the order is less than 200.
  3. Delivery to home address 10.
  4. Collection from our office at Korkeavuorenkatu 2, 00140 Helsinki during store opening hours (Mon – Fri 11am – 6pm, Sat 11am – 3pm) within 14 days of the order. In this case, no delivery fee.

In Finland the delivery address can be different from your own address.

We process your order within two business days. Postal delivery usually takes 1-5 days. If you do not receive an order confirmation or if you are unsure about the status of your order, please contact us at info@fallafinland.com or phone 050 326 0336.
